تدور أحداث المسلسل في إطار كوميدي من خلال شخصية كريمة
التي تلعب دورها ماجدة زكي وهي سيدة معروفة ببخلها الشديد
وتعيش في حي شعبي، وفجأة يموت زوجها وتكتشف أنه كان
غنيا جداً وترك لها ثروة‏,‏ فتنتقل حياتها من الحي الشعبي
إلى حياة القصور و الفيلات وتدخل عالم البيزنس
ولأنها بخيلة جداً تحدث لها العديد من المفارقات الكوميدية
